Aladağlar Sky Trail will represent a landmark event for skyrunners thanks to the challenging, highly technical and ISF (International Skyrunning Federation) certified 34 and 51 km courses over several passes counting a massive 2,670m 4,230m vertical climbs. Trails and loose rocks feature largely on the courses which will take the short course skyrunners one; but the long course skyrunners two different summits over 3500m altitude.

 

For safety reasons, skyrunner number is capped at 300 total participants. Just 300 lucky skyrunners can take part in this beautiful race because, while the race philosophy, distance and course features embrace the skyrunning spirit, the severity of the terrain limit the number of runners to ensure a safe and well organised race that everybody can enjoy.

 

The 2024 Aladağlar Skytrail skyrunning event will be on the 10th of August Saturday, with Sunday as an additional day to enjoy Aladağlar, Niğde region with medal ceremony and cultural activities.

Registration Terms

  • To participate in this race, you must be 18 years old.

  • To complete at least 1 registered ultra-marathon race (longer than 42 km) in the past 4 years,to complete at least 1 registered sky run (longer than 20 km with a minimum of 1300 m altitude gain) in the past 4 years or to have the experience of climbing a summit of 3000 m in the past 4 years.
